The National Final from Spain took place last night in the show 'Mira Quién Va A Eurovisión'. The winner was chosen by a 50 % jury voting and 50 % televoting.
Starting order last night in 'Mira Quién Va A Eurovisión':
- Brequette - Más (Run)
- La Dama - Estrella Fugaz
- Ruth Lorenzo - Dancing In The Rain
- Jorge González - Aunque Se Acabe El Mundo (Even If The World Ends)
- Raúl - Seguir Sin Ti (Go On Without You)
Results from the jury voting
The three members of the expert jury (Mónica Naranjo, David Bustamante and Merche) gave the same set of points. Ranking starting with the most points from the jury:
- Brequette: 12 + 12 + 12 = 36 points
- Ruth Lorenzo: 10 + 10 + 10 = 30 points
- Jorge González: 8 + 8 + 8 = 24 points
- Raúl: 7 + 7 + 7 = 21 points
- La Dama: 6 + 6 + 6 = 18 points
Results from the public voting
- Ruth Lorenzo: 36 points
- Brequette: 30 points
- Jorge González: 24 points
- Raúl: 21 points
- La Dama: 18 points
FINAL voting (combination jury / public)
- Ruth Lorenzo: 66 points
- Brequette: 66 points
- Jorge González: 48 points
- Raúl: 42 points
- La Dama: 36 points
The final result showed same points for Ruth Lorenzo and Brequette. In the end the public voting prevailed and made Ruth Lorenzo with her song 'Dancing In The Rain' as the winner from the National Selection.
