Barbara Dex Award 2014: ...and the Winner is - Vilija Matačiūnaitė

The Barbara Dex Award has been annually awarded by the fan website Eurovision House since 1997, and is a humerous Award given to the worst dressed artist each year in the contest.

'Barbara Dex Award' - History

The Barbara Dex Award is the annual price for the worst dressed artist in the contest. The visitors of this site can vote for their favourite. The award is named after Barbara Dex, who represented Belgium in the 1993 contest. She wore an awfull, self-made dress that evening.

Vilija Matačiūnaitė from Lithuania represented her country at this years Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen with the song 'Attention', but she failed in the second Semi-Final on 11th place. Vilija got the highest votes with 311 followed by Emma Marrone from Italy and Cristina Scarlat from Moldova. Both finished on second place with 90 votes.
