Lithuania: Six finalists for "Eurovizija 2016"

After eight pre-round it was time last Saturday for the Semi-Final of "Eurovizija 2016" in Lithuania. It was the first live show of the competition. Eight contestants were in the battle to get one of six available tickets for the Lithuanian national fianl, which is scheduled for 12th March 2016.

  1. Ieva Zasimauskaitė - "Life (Not That Beautiful)"
  2. Valdas Lacko - "Stay Tonight" (eleminated)
  3. Catrinah - "Be Free" (eleminated)
  4. Erica Jennings - "Leading Me Home"
  5. Donny Montell - "I've Been Waiting for This Night"
  6. Aistė Pilvelytė - "You Bet"
  7. Ruslanas Kirilkinas - "In My World"
  8. Rūta Ščiogolevaitė - "United"
              It was Erica Jennings who got the highest votes from the jury and the televotes. Erica was the winner of the Sem-Final with her song "Leading Me Home". Watch her again here:

              "Eurovizija 2016" - Show dates:


              Monika Linkyte and Vaidas Baumila represented Lithuania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna with the song "This Time". Monika & Vaidas ended on 18th place in the Eurovision final.

              The winner of "Eurovizija 2016" will be honoured to represent Lithuania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Sweden. Who will participate in the first half of the second Semi-Final on 12th May 2016 in Stockholm? Stay tuned..
